MRO Asia-Pacific Awards 2020 Nomination
How Do We Pick the Winning Bid?
All submissions will be compiled and provided to the esteemed panel of judges. The judges will review your submissions and provide a score of 1-5 relating to the criteria stated to your chosen award (see entry criteria below). The Judges will look for outstanding submissions and additional points will be given for the below:
How to Submit a Nomination?
Step 1: Download the nomination form below.
Step 2: Complete this nomination form and email your form in PDF format to lisa.tan@aviationweek.com. Please provide any supporting documentation, team lists or images, videos along with your submission form (if any).   
If your Team, Company, Individual Person is selected, ALL CORRESPONDENCE will be sent to the person submitting the nomination.

Nominees that have been selected as winners will be notified by Aviation Week Network.

Entry Criteria
1) Asia MRO of the year 
Judges will be looking for complexity and overall revenue.

There are three categories for this award:
Asia MRO of the year - Inventory Technical Management (ITM)
Asia MRO of the year - Engine
Asia MRO of the year - Airframe

i. Total contract value
ii. Nominees will have to be able to provide details of the service and value of the deal – if in collaboration with partners the nominee will need to show their evolvement and share
iii. Showcase the marketing strategy to capture the business
iv. Be able to show collaboration and teamwork 
5) MRO Leader of the year
Judges have been asked to look at the following:

a. Nominee should demonstrate excellent revenue growth 
b. How have been managing the changing market i.e. capacity, new business units, M&A, partnerships
c. How have been impressing technology 
d. How have been managing environmental concerns and being more sustainable 
e. Demonstrate volunteer program(s) and how have been giving back to the community 

2) Best Newcomer 
This award is to recognise excellence for a New MRO provider or a new service by an existing MRO. Judges have been asked to look at the following:

a. Established in 2019 or being granted the license to provide service in 2019
b. This should be a new MRO or a business unit of an existing MRO
c. Nominees should be able to demonstrate the date of license or information of company business unit
d. Showcase how you successfully secured partnerships or customers
e. Showcase how you took the service to market. Provide details of the marketing plan with evidence to support your submission - videos, photos, or testimonials
f. NOT about the size but innovation and versatility 
6) OEM Service Provider of the year 
Judges have been asked to look at how the OEM is innovated, serves the market, M&A activity & customer support:

a. How you provided aftersales service to look after customers
b. How you supported the customers, network, turn around time or other relevant information
c. How you improved service and provided references from customers

3) Innovation of the year   
a. Demonstrate the adaption of new technology and the benefits to the business
b. Provide evidence to support your submission - videos, photos or articles  
7) Sustainability of the year   
a. How the MRO safeguarding the environment to protect the next generation
b. Provide evidence to support your submission - videos, photos or articles  

4) Marketing Campaign of the year 
a. Nominees should be able to provide details of the marketing campaign including video, photos or samples of the campaign 
b. Demonstrate team collaboration and innovation 
c. Be able to show audience engagement 
d. Explain why it was successful
